Dr. Eagle has been a valued member of the UCI family for nearly 11 years, bringing consistency, experience, and heart to everything she does. Before joining the college, she spent more than 12 years working in in-home care, a role that required not only clinical skill but also patience, compassion, and resilience. Providing care in patients’ homes meant adapting to unique situations every day, building trust with families, and delivering support during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. Those experiences shaped her professional philosophy and continue to influence how she leads today.
