Twas the weeks before Christmas when all through the halls,
The students were studying for their nursing finals;
The notecards were written in very great detail,
In hopes that they’d pass, because they better not fail;
The staff could see all the stress in their eyes,
So they brightened the week with a holiday surprise;
Ugly sweaters and socks would not be enough,
So hot chocolate and cookies hit the spot, sure enough.
The holidays are here, and to our communities, we salute,
Merry Christmas to all from United Career Institute.
United Career Institute– Fayette County got very festive by having a holiday spirit week. We started the week off with Monday’s ugly Christmas sweater, followed by green and red Tuesday. We then had wacky socks and accessories Wednesday and Christmas pajama Thursday. It was so nice to finish off the week with hot chocolate and cookies for everyone to enjoy and a door decorating contest for the students. The faculty and students had an enjoyable week participating in all of the festivities.
