Meet Medical Assisting Student Kendra Cutler!
Kendra Cutler is a student in the Medical Assisting associates degree program at United Career Institute. Before joining us at United Career, she attended Montana State Billings, where she completed a Medical Billing and Coding Certification* program. She had a great experience with online education but wanted to get a degree in person. Kendra chose United Career Institute because she “liked the small, in-person classes and the fast-track program to get a degree.”
Outside of the classroom, Kendra is a full-time mom to three children. Her kids, Klohe, Trinity, and Abel, are three of the most important things in her life. They are very involved with sports, clubs, and other extracurricular activities. Kendra likes that most medical assisting work schedules allow her to keep up with her children’s activities. She is excited to advance in the medical field while fully attentive as a mother.
In the next five years, Kendra hopes to work full-time as a family practice or OBGYN specialty office medical assistant. She will complete her program with a Medical Assisting Specialized Associate Degree early next year. Kendra is an excellent student, holding a 4.0 GPA, and we have no doubts she will achieve everything she sets her mind to.
